It's not a standalone product and requires an existing Microsoft 365 subscription with Teams included. The license allows you to get such benefits like more personalized and intelligent meetings, webinars, and town halls, enhanced protection for your meetings, advanced management and reporting capabilities for IT, as well as advanced Virtual Appointments. Teams Premium is not meant to replace the standard Teams.
